How To Detox From Birth Control

After yesterdays post where I mentioned how toxic the birth control pill is, I got SO many DMs from women who had no idea about these facts, and asking how they can get off the pill.

❗️First and foremost, 🙅🏼‍♀️ I am never able to give medical advice and you must speak with your doctor regarding this.

✅ I can however make recommendations on how to mitigate the potential side effects, as well as give tips on how to best prepare the body by supporting detoxification, sleep, and utilizing the right diet.

🦃Before you go cold turkey, give the body lots of support through optimal nutrition.

1. Aim for a paleo style diet and cut out the junk. Extra junk food stresses out the liver and prevents it from processing excess hormones in the blood.

2. Stop using toxic personal care products that contain estrogen mimicking chemicals. What we put on our skin, we absorb within 15 minutes and where do the toxins go? To fat cells to get stored and to our liver to get processed.
