What Does a Pre-Conception Detox Involve?

If you are looking to become pregnant, the best thing you can do for yourself & your baby, is to detox for approximately 6 months - 1 year depending on your toxicity level. This is because we accumulate toxins within our fat tissues over the course of our life, & especially with the first baby, these chemicals can cross over into the placenta putting you at risk for miscarriage.

This is because when women have a baby, when her nutrition needs aren't met through diet or supplementation, it starts to come from her stores, especially calcium from her bones. Lead for example is also stored in our bones & gets released along with calcium to the baby.

Some of the most dangerous ones which can cross the placenta include: ☠️
🔸DDT
🔸BPA
🔸Fluoride
🔸Lead
🔸Mercury
🔸Pesticides... and hundreds more.

Everyone, no matter how "clean" of a life you try to live are exposed to all of these substances which is why it is so important to address this prior to becoming pregnant.

While detoxing, maximizing nutrition with organic whole foods, pasture raised meats, healthy fats and soaked/sprouted grains (if you tolerate them) are a great foundation for providing the right nutrients.

Switching to all natural personal care products and cleaning products.

Utilizing EMF protective gear like cell phone cases, laptop shields, & belly band clothing are essential in our 5G environment. Mothers exposure during pregnancy increases risk for speech problems, behavior problems like ADHD, miscarriage, several neurological changes, low birth weight & several others harmful side effects.

Testing for heavy metals, gut dysbiosis, nutrient deficiencies and hormone imbalances.
